Graceann’s career has placed her on the forefront of brand building, product development and organizational transformation. Her first chapter was leading brand planning, strategy, trend forecasting, and storytelling for some of the world’s top agencies, spanning c-suite leadership roles at Leo Burnett, Arnold and Ogilvy & Mather. Next, she dove into the digital fray as CEO of an app-based start-up. Following which she decided to apply her agency and client side experiences to reinventing the agency model. As one of three founders of We Are Unlimited, she was part of the leadership team that pitched and won the McDonald’s worldwide business. Emboldened by these experiences, Graceann decided to tackle organizational transformation head-on as Chief Solutions Officer at Dow Jones & Company. While there, she led a 100 + person global team responsible for re-inventing their content-based revenue model.
